2010 Season-
One-Bedroom Cottages Mid May - Mid October (Maximum occupancy two persons/cottage).
Cottage rentals are weekly only, with the exception of mid-May to mid-June. Rentals at that time are a minimum of two nights.
Gray Cape Cottage - Now available weekly September 1 through October 10.
Check in - 2 PM; Check out - 10 AM.
Personal checks and cash accepted.
Completely furnished including linens, dishes, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cable TV, WIFI, radio, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, gas grill, picnic table with umbrella, and outdoor chairs.
Although we book weekly, we occasionally have a vacancy. If this occurs, you may be able to rent for a partial week. Please call us to check on availability.

$623.00 Wkly + 7% lodging tax Mid-June through mid-October weekly only, Saturday to Saturday. Deposit required $200.00 per cottage week. |

Available weekly September 1 through October 10 1 Week - $1400.00/week + 7% lodging tax 2 Weeks - $1100.00/week + 7% lodging tax 4 Weeks - $900.00/week +7%
Deposit of ½ of rent required to confirm reservation. |
Cancellation Policy - If a guest has made a deposit and cancels his/her reservation we will make every effort to re-rent the cottage. If we are unable to re-rent we reserve the right to retain the deposit.
We have a no smoking policy for inside the cottages, however we provide canisters for smoking outside.
If you wish to bring your boat, check on dockage availability.
