- 3-One Bedroom Cottages-$700.00/Wkly + 7% lodging tax Mid May
through Mid- Oct. Saturday to Saturday. We rent a minimum of two
nights May thru mid June. Deposit required- $200.00/ per cottage
week. Occupancy – 2 persons. Furnished- incl. Linens, Cable TV, DVD,
radio, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, complete kitchen pots and
pans, dishes, etc. FREE WIFI Check in – 2PM Check out- 10 AM
- 1- Three Bedroom Gray Cape Cottage- $ 1800.00 + 7% lodging tax
Great getaway for three couples! Minimum of two nights Jan- mid
June. Max occupancy – 6. persons Completely Furnished incl. Linens,
Dishwasher, washer and dryer, Dishes, Kitchen Utensils, Pots and
Pans, Cable TV, DVD, Radio, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker,
Outdoor Chairs. FREE WIFI ON SEASON (Mid June – Mid October) WE BOOK
WEEKLY HOWEVER, MAY 1ST THROUGH JUNE 15TH WE BOOK A MINIMUM OF TWO
NIGHTS ALSO. CHECK DURING THE SEASON, IF WE HAVE A LAST MINUTE
CANCELATION WE BOOK NIGHTLY AS WELL. Deposit $400.00/cottage wk. –
balance due upon arrival.
- Cancellation policy: If a guest has made a deposit and cancels
his/her reservation we will make every effort to re-rent the
cottage. If we are unable to re-rent we reserve the right to retain
the deposit.
- WE PREFER PERSONAL CHECKS written to RICHARD THOMPSON but also
ask us about credit card payment through PAY PAL for 2.6% charge.
- We have a no smoking policy for inside the cottages. Canisters
are provided for smoking outside.
- BRING YOUR BOAT- check with us on dockage availability. Also
Complimentary boat ride- schedules and weather permitting.
- SO SORRY---- NO PETS.
